Overview

This project focused on building a comprehensive logistics management platform to streamline operations for a logistics company. The platform is designed to optimize the entire process, from creating tasks for truck drivers (via assigned tickets), tracking time, digitalizing paperwork, and generating valuable analytics. By automating and simplifying these key processes, the platform reduces manual work, improves operational efficiency, and provides better visibility into logistics operations.

The solution includes a web-based admin panel for user and client management, ticket assignments, and analytics, and a mobile app for truck drivers that allows them to manage their tickets, track time, provide GPS location updates, and handle e-signatures and documentation. The mobile app was built natively for Android (using Kotlin) and iOS (using Swift), ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration with the drivers’ workflow.
